I’ve been calling over 10 times a day, sending multiple emails, and even messaging on Instagram, and still no response from anyone. I honestly believe all the positive reviews must be fake because this feels like a complete scam. You can’t get hold of anyone, and the lack of communication is shocking. I’m so frustrated and worried now that I won’t even be able to get a refund. This is appalling customer service and completely unacceptable.An update now 29.09.2025 to say that despite the reply below, my bed has not been delivered and over the last week I’ve yet again try to get in touch via customer service to check on an update on my order and delivery dates and I’ve had no answer/ no-one came back to me despite leaving numerous messages with customer service.
