I have had my belongings in this storage place for almost and years and this is a poor place land the customer service is very poor and non-caring and I am so sorry that I chose this place. Every month I haft to request a pass word change due to there poor system and when I call into the customer service they act like they really don't care with there voice tone. I was told by the customer rep that 30% of his calls are people calling complaining about there service. When asked to speak to a manager and I said good morning he was soooo rude he did not bother to ask or say good morning back and to me that is very POOR customer service. I have been in the customer service field for over 15 years and I ALWAYS ASK MY CUSTOMER HOW THEY ARE DOING. It shows that the company CARE. They had enough nerve to charge me a 100.00 for the smallest storage they went up on my storage 4-6 months after I was there and told me that I was randomly chosen.
