Money wasted. The software is non-functional, and I received an incorrect license key. Customer service only responded once regarding the license key. For software issues, no one is answering. They provide a US number but are based elsewhere. Update: Four months later, I still have not received a response to my emails, issues are unresolved, and no refund has been issued. The company's claims are grossly inaccurate.
