The program fails when trying to convert a PST file to MBOX. It works with smaller files, but crashes when processing more than 2000 emails. Technical support was not helpful, despite multiple attempts to reach out and following their instructions. I uploaded my PST file for them to analyze weeks ago, but they never responded with a solution. I regret purchasing this software as it has proven to be a total waste of money. In my frustration, I opted for a competitor's product, which worked flawlessly with all my files. I wish I had chosen that option first.

They suggest calling for technical support but fail to provide a phone number. No refunds are available unless you attempt to resolve the issue with their non-responsive support team.

They provide a US number but are based elsewhere. Update: Four months later, I still have not received a response to my emails, issues are unresolved, and no refund has been issued. The company's claims are grossly inaccurate.
