I made an error purchasing late on a friday and the customer service went above and beyond to help me fix this, they honestly didn't have to go THAT far to help resolve it for me. Made it a no brainer to pick up way more books than I anticipated.

Excellent customer service. I bought quite a few books from them during their holiday sale and unfortunately there was some small mix-ups. After contacting their service team, they quickly cleared up the mix-up and didn't charge for extra shipping. They are very professional and understanding.
Absolutely excellent customer service.Regarding the return of a damaged product – these things can happen – Cubicle 7 went above and beyond in terms of speed and with a no-nonsense, “say no more, we’ll fix that for you” attitude. Although the helpdesk emails are simply signed “C7”, you still get a clear sense of being in contact with a real human who genuinely cares about you as a customer.Oh, and the product from the WFRP range was, as expected, top notch.
I placed a pre-order on 21 February 2025 for Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay: High Elf Player’s Guide from Cubicle 7The total amount paid was $54.89 USD, including shipping and tax. As of today, the order still shows as “ON HOLD”, and I have not received the book.I contacted Cubicle 7 Support by email on 16/11, 20/11, and 24/11, clearly stating that my book had not arrived and requesting assistance. I have received zero replies. Not even an acknowledgment.I also tried reaching out through Discord, where I know various individuals who work for it are, again with no response. Last time I even tried was the 09/12What makes this especially frustrating is that many other customers have already received this book, while I am left without information, shipping updates, or any form of customer support.I never expected instant delivery — this was a pre-order — but after release and multiple unanswered support requests, the total silence is unacceptable.I would very much prefer to resolve this directly and amicably. However, Cubicle 7 keeps ignoring me. So be careful where you put your money, because they dont care once they have it
Deeply Frustrating Experience with Cubicle 7 Customer ServiceI feel compelled to share my experience with Cubicle 7’s customer service, which has left me frustrated and disappointed. If you expect prompt support or accountability, you might want to think twice before ordering from them.I placed three separate orders with Cubicle 7, none of which were delivered. About a month and a half ago, I tried reaching out through their website’s contact form to find out what was going on. The only reply I received was a vague email signed “C7 team,” asking for a bit more info—and after I replied, I never heard from them again. No follow-up, no explanation, just silence.Eventually, I found out from my local delivery service that all my packages had been returned to Cubicle 7. Not once did they contact me about this, or even acknowledge the returns. My orders are still listed as ‘complete’ in my account, as if I had actually received anything. Communication remains anonymous and unhelpful—never a real person or a clear answer.I kept trying to get in touch, but it was always the same: maybe a single, generic response, then nothing. The lack of responsibility or effort to resolve my case is honestly unacceptable. If your order doesn’t go as planned, don’t count on any real support from Cubicle 7.I strongly advise caution before buying from Cubicle 7. My experience shows that if something goes wrong, you’re likely to be left on your own, frustrated and unheard.Update (december 9. 2025): I have now contacted Cubicle 7 customer service. I am looking forward to see if the matter can be resolved.(Update december 14. 2025) Customer Service reached out and have been fairly quick with their responses. They have sent a replacement for one of the orders (but haven't provided a tracking number so I'm risking it being lost again) and they have issued a refund but haven't confirmed that they have found my PayPal, so maybe my issue is resolved or maybe it isn't.Deeply Frustrating Experience with Cubicle 7 Customer Service(Update 19.01.26): The issue is now resolved. The Cubicle 7-team did find my new PayPal account and issued a refund - the refund was frozen by PayPal until the start of January, but I have now received my PayPal. Some of the staff have afterwards contacted me afterwards and personally apoligized for the process.Hopefully the process will be easier the next time I need Cubicle 7 Customer Service.
Really happy with the games themselves, the physical quality of their product and the support from customer service.I failed to find all the books for WFRP in Australia that I was after, so a large (5 books) international order was a convenient solution with a reasonable shipping cost.
I bought the pdf's during a sale by mistake. Which are of no use and I didn't want, so I emailed straight away when I had realised my error. To delete the sending and return my money. Nothing, never heard back from any of the emails I sent. So a total waste of money.
