The experience was new to me. I ran into some issues but they were sorted out right quick. Matthew was extremely helpful but I do feel like I did them wrong. I made a duplicate purchase because of some information I found online so I refunded one before being contacted by the company itself. With that being said, a little patience goes a long way.
