Extremely disappointing experience! Fraudulent service! I placed an order for Christmas - 100 blocks, a special block set, and figurines. When I attempted to cancel after realizing they wouldn't arrive by Christmas, my request was denied. They still marked it as 'shipped'. I received around 10 poorly made blocks in a small box, nothing else. I returned the items and requested a refund, but they have repeatedly refused despite my numerous emails. They claimed everything was sent, but I am certain it was not. The tracking indicates 3 packages, yet they insisted it was all in one box. It's a complete scam, and I've filed a dispute with my credit card provider. I strongly advise against purchasing from them!
