Extremely disappointing experience! Fraudulent service! I placed an order for Christmas - 100 blocks, a special block set, and figurines. When I attempted to cancel after realizing they wouldn't arrive by Christmas, my request was denied. They still marked it as 'shipped'. I received around 10 poorly made blocks in a small box, nothing else. I returned the items and requested a refund, but they have repeatedly refused despite my numerous emails. They claimed everything was sent, but I am certain it was not. The tracking indicates 3 packages, yet they insisted it was all in one box. It's a complete scam, and I've filed a dispute with my credit card provider. I strongly advise against purchasing from them!
This seems like a scam! I still haven't received my items (2 orders totaling $200!). I received a shipping confirmation weeks ago, but I can't track the order! It indicates that the server cannot be located! There has been no communication since then! I've filed a claim with my credit card provider to get my money back and dispute this charge.

This looks like a scam. I ordered an item a couple of weeks ago, hoping it would arrive before Christmas. I received an order confirmation, but the item has not been dispatched, and there has been no communication from the company. Unfortunately, it seems I may have been deceived.
