Following on from my previous review about my WiFi being cancelled because “someone contacted a different WiFi provider for installation” even though this is my new neighbours in a completely separate address. I had been in contact with someone from cuckoo who said they will work to get everything sorted for me and give me the resolution I want.
Unfortunately this was just a lie. I received an email saying they are cancelling my WiFi and charging me for the early termination.
I’ve sent them all the relevant documentation to show I haven’t ordered new WiFi and the addresses are in fact different, and yet they still are doing what they want.
I will now have to go to the financial ombudsman’s. I really would just recommend staying away from this company. There are many other ISP’s providing the same speeds but with less stress. Very disappointing.
