Edit. Seems the machine was a model that is no longer made. The machine is being replaced, out of warranty, with the current model replacement. A company that goes above and beyond. Looking forward to making coffee again!Previous - The coffee machine is great when it works - which is very rarely. I can’t fault the service as the machine has been replaced four times under warranty but it still doesn’t work and I can’t ask for another as the design is faulty so it’s never going to work. There is no way to clean the blades that grind the beans so after a while they won’t grind. The machine has cost me a fortune in coffee that never gets as far as a cup. Even using ground coffee the machine works maybe one times out of five so you end up wasting too much coffee. However I can’t fault it as a milk steamer or as great customer service.
