Sent a kettle back as it developed a crack within the window although it wasn't leaking. Had 6 months left on the 3 year guarantee. They were unable to repair it so sent me a brand new kettle. I sent it off on the Wednesday evening via their tracked returns service and the new kettle arrived on the Saturday morning. All throughout the process the customer service department were excellent and kept me informed of what was happening. I would definitely buy from this company again as the customer services department is excellent should you have any problems.
