The bases of both bowls of my spice grinder became faulty whilst under warranty. Cuisinart customer service answered the phone quickly and were very prompt and polite when dealing with my issue. I was disappointed that they didn't have spare bowls in stock. They advised me they I would have to wait at least a month for the stock but couldn't guarantee it. I complained as we use the appliance every day. They phoned me back very quickly and agreed to send out a complete new replacement appliance. It arrived very speedily. So, overall very pleased with the customer service but disappointed that basic spare parts are not kept in stock. There was nothing wrong with our motor after all.
