Terrible company, I went on their actual website paid for a Butcher Paper Dispenser May 24, 2025, the total was $54 and some change. Welp, they didn’t even carry the item anymore, so my order was deleted via their system although my credit card was charged. Customer service assured me that the money would be refunded to my original payment method, that was the first week of June 2025, to date July 4, 2025 I still do not have money back. I have talked with customer service several times, provided the item number, and they can’t pull up my order # because their system automatically deleted it, since the item was no longer available. Last time I spoke with them on this issue was July 1, 2025 (in fact, they actually called me) and still nothing was resolved! I actually have to dispute their nonsense with my bank to get my money back from them. I will never, and I mean never ever, purchase anything with Cuisinart on it again! This company is horrible, and not only are they horrible, but apparently, they are thieves as well!
