This has to be the worst delivery service in history! They can never deliver on time; my last delivery was almost two weeks late, and the one I'm waiting for is now over a week overdue. They've even delivered to an outdated address from over a decade ago! Completely unreliable. There should be a zero rating option for services like this because a score of 1 is still too generous.
Please avoid working here. It can lead to depression and stress due to a toxic environment where employees often bully and harass newcomers, making them feel worthless. To top it off, they may not even pay you your final paycheck, keeping the money for themselves.
The group in Heywood, also known as another distribution name, has been difficult to work with. If you're new, they will pressure you to perform at their level, often leading to mistakes due to lack of experience. While some shift managers are nice, they don't help improve the situation. I wouldn't recommend working here.
I had a very negative experience with this company. I encountered a staff member who was disrespectful and exhibited racist behavior towards me multiple times. My administrative complaint was completely ignored. I strongly suggest looking for other courier options.
I visited their location last year as a driving agency. It was a horrible experience, particularly in the transport department. Drivers are pressured to maximize their hours, and the planning staff are very arrogant and rude. If you voice a complaint, the higher-ups might listen but will ultimately disregard your concerns. The atmosphere for drivers and warehouse staff is very depressing. The company talks a good game but fails to deliver on employee treatment. I would definitely not recommend this place for work.
My wife returned home on the M5 from Birmingham to Worcester and reported that a driver of a certain lorry company was very aggressive in a 50 mph zone, flashing lights and tailgating her while she was surrounded by traffic. When she called to report it, they said they couldn't assist without the registration number. This kind of reckless driving is completely irresponsible.
