The service is undeniably the worst delivery option available in the UK. My parcel was marked as “delivery attempted” on a date when they did not even have the parcel. This is not a mistake — it is misleading tracking information. I have CCTV footage of my property, and there was no delivery attempt at all, no driver, no card, nothing. After persistent follow-ups and providing clear evidence, they eventually acknowledged that no delivery attempt ever occurred and that the parcel is now lost in their system. The items were meant as Christmas gifts, meaning the damage was already done by the time they recognized the truth. What makes this situation worse is the total lack of accountability: • Automated, generic responses • Conflicting tracking updates • No genuine investigation • No sense of urgency, despite the holiday season This is not my first experience with this service, and based on the numerous similar complaints online, it likely won't be the last for many others. If you care about your time, your money, or your peace of mind, steer clear of any retailer that uses this service. They are simply not reliable.
This service is dreadful, filled with false promises and consistently fails to deliver items to the correct location. When they do manage to deliver, they leave parcels in random places. My holiday packages ended up 11 miles away—absolutely unacceptable.
It took the service two weeks to acknowledge that my parcel from a retailer was lost. During that time, I reached out to the retailer, who sent a replacement package. Unsurprisingly, that hasn't arrived either. This is incredibly disappointing. The company is failing and desperately needs a rebranding and management overhaul.
The driver claimed the parcel was delivered to a secure location while we were home all day. He even took a photo that didn't show our garden. I later discovered he left it on a back lane behind my house, which I can't access. It's a public road, and it’s likely that the parcel was stolen. The driver was too lazy to make a proper delivery—this is very disappointing.
I am incredibly frustrated with this delivery service, leading me to avoid any purchases from retailers that utilize them. In just one month, both of my packages have gone missing, both containing valuable items, and this issue seems to coincide with the holiday season. While smaller parcels seem to get delivered, anything of value does not. Even after lodging complaints, they falsely mark packages as delivered when they haven't arrived. I truly don’t understand why businesses continue to rely on this service.
I currently have two ongoing disputes with Evri and one of them is a picture from the driver of my parcel dumped in a bush. Can anyone believe that, i can almost see the driver laughing as he takes the pic, I am now being ignored by the Evri customer service and 2 weeks later I still have complete silence even though I sent them the pic of the dumped parcel surely legally that's enough for a refund but apparently not. Evri must simply put be giving brown envelopes full of cash to a lot of high up people to be able to operate like this, how does a company this bad become so big.Corruption that's how.
Non delivery of my item. The photo taken of the parcel was not of me receiving the parcel as my door bell was not rung alerting me of the non delivery. Quite appalling that my parcel has been misappropriated. Have waited 2 weeks for this item and now have to re-order again. Evri is not the company of my choice for deliveries. Now I have to waste time contacting evri regarding an investigation, quite shocking and appalling. A photo of an item in the delivery person's hand outside my residence, is NOT proof of delivery.
Delivery driver did not even attempt to open my gate, just threw package on driveway in full view of passers by. Lazy!!! 2nd time this week that I was home, 1st time didn’t even knock on door and left delivery outside front door and then today thrown onto drive!! Have both incidents on cctv, I do not know how this company get away with it & is still allowed to trade, unbelievable 🤬
