I placed an order in early November after seeing only positive reviews. A few days later, I received an email stating the item was out of stock but would be available later, along with a discount and gift for waiting. After a follow-up email confirming the goods were at their warehouse, I attempted to get a delivery update but received no replies despite emailing on three different days. I also called multiple times with no response. I have now had to dispute the charge with my card provider. While the company is registered, I question their validity.
