This is a scam! I ordered a vacuum cleaner nearly two weeks ago and have not received anything. They responded to one email and answered the phone once, but never provided a delivery date, only excuses. Now they ignore my calls and emails. I will be seeking a refund through my bank. This is absolutely unacceptable.
