I searched for a vacuum and found this company, which had positive reviews. However, after placing my order, I received an email confirmation under a different name with no delivery details. I emailed multiple times for updates with no response and managed to speak to someone once who confirmed my order but gave no delivery date. I have tried calling several times with no success.
