I ordered a storage box on November 10 and received no updates. I finally contacted someone who informed me that the item was out of stock and offered a free gift if I remained on the waitlist. Since then, I have called numerous times and sent multiple emails with no reply. I have reported this to my card provider and will definitely not use this company again.
