I had a terrible experience. I ordered a vacuum cleaner and nearly two weeks have passed without receiving it. They responded to one email and answered the phone once, but did not provide a delivery date, only offered excuses. Now, they are unresponsive to both calls and emails. I will be seeking a refund through my bank. This is completely unacceptable.
