We were due to have our new water dispenser installed on Friday. However, the engineer never turned up and did not have the courtesy to call to let us know he wasn't coming. I had expected that we would be first on their list on Monday but, despite repeated chasing, we are yet to receive so much as an apology let alone a new date for installation. We are a school and I would have thought that, as a new customer, they would have wanted to build a positive future relationship but that doesn't seem to be the case.
