Review Time
We were due to have our new water dispenser installed on Friday. However, the engineer never turned up and did not have the courtesy to call to let us know he wasn't coming. I had expected that we would be first on their list on Monday but, despite repeated chasing, we are yet to receive so much as an apology let alone a new date for installation. We are a school and I would have thought that, as a new customer, they would have wanted to build a positive future relationship but that doesn't seem to be the case.
We received our large water bottle delivery earlier today, and as usual, it was done swiftly and efficiently by the delivery person. He exchanged the empty bottles for full ones and left with well wishes for the week. He consistently delivers on time, is always polite and friendly, and promptly addresses any issues we have. A very pleasant individual to have around.
Caution advised. Customer service is lacking. I requested the return of a cooler months ago and am still waiting, while they continue to charge me rent. The delivery driver left our order in an unknown location, and they are unresponsive to my inquiries about it. This is completely unacceptable.
Extremely frustrating experience. They are requesting payment for invoices that have already been settled, and it's nearly impossible to reach someone to discuss and resolve the issue. They have taken payment but are refusing to deliver or provide a refund. A complete waste of my time.
