Arthur Smith came yesterday to my home as I’m a Residential customer to carry out a full service on my water cooler which was overdue and for once I can truly say, Culligan definitely got it right for once. He was such a kind, professional, full of knowledge man who also was very kind as only last week I had major surgery which permits me from any lifting almost anything for 6 weeks so he very kindly put on a new bottle for me as I had literally finished one just that morning and I felt that was extremely kind of him.
