Good morningMy name is Marco TognacciI am writing to you the following,I have a drinking water treatment plant installed in 2014 by the Culligan company based in Bologna Italy at the sink of the house.With this company I have no existing maintenance contracts or subscriptions.I am contacted every year to decide whether to carry out maintenance consisting of changing filters and checking purity.This year, after deciding to do it, we had agreed with the Culligan company to carry out the intervention on 16/03/19.Due to the COVID 19 events I was contacted by phone by Culligan who canceled my appointment.A few days ago the same company received the invoice for the canceled maintenance intervention.Now, I tried to contact them in different ways explaining that the intervention in question has not yet been done, without having any answer.Furthermore, I wonder if it is legitimate to create invoices that do not correspond to reality, therefore I would like to ask for your help, that is, I would like to receive your intervention in my favor in the immediate request of the service that has not been performed (maintenance) or alternatively a confirms that the invoice is canceled.Thanks
