However, their new pitchers are not compatible with the filters from the smaller brand, resulting in water not passing through the new filters. This means that if customers want to use the filters, they must purchase the new pitchers along with them. There was no prior notice regarding the incompatibility with existing products, leading to frustration after purchasing two filters that simply do not work. When I reached out for support, the response was lackluster, simply apologizing without offering a solution. Now, feeling disappointed, I am seeking a company that values integrity and can provide water filtration as effectively as the smaller brand once did.
