If only there were an option for no stars, I would choose it. I placed an order last February that was canceled due to warehouse issues. The team reached out to offer a refund or double my credit (as there was a sale, doubling the credit was meant to help me enjoy the discount later). I opted for the credit. Fast forward to a few months ago when I tried to make a purchase, and the credit was missing from my account. I responded to the email thread about the credit expecting a prompt reply. Nothing. I created a new email thread with the support team. Still nothing. After several more emails, I'm now starting the dispute process with my credit card. Not only does this service seem to take your money, but they also avoid your emails. It's better to spend your money elsewhere!
