Extremely Frustrated with the Service

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order in February of last year that got cancelled due to damage at the warehouse. The team reached out and offered me a choice between a refund or double the amount in credit since there was a sale happening. I chose the credit. Fast forward to a few months ago when I tried to make a purchase, and the credit was nowhere to be found in my account. I responded to the email thread about the credit, expecting a quick reply, but received nothing. I started a new email thread with the support team, and still got no response. After several more emails, I'm now starting the credit card dispute process. Not only is it frustrating to lose your money, but they also ignore your emails. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere!

If only there were an option for no stars

If only there were an option for no stars, I would choose it. I placed an order last February that was canceled due to warehouse issues. The team reached out to offer a refund or double my credit (as there was a sale, doubling the credit was meant to help me enjoy the discount later). I opted for the credit. Fast forward to a few months ago when I tried to make a purchase, and the credit was missing from my account. I responded to the email thread about the credit expecting a prompt reply. Nothing. I created a new email thread with the support team. Still nothing. After several more emails, I'm now starting the dispute process with my credit card. Not only does this service seem to take your money, but they also avoid your emails. It's better to spend your money elsewhere!

Reliable service with multiple purchases. It seems like they are transitioning to a new facility, and many items are currently out of stock, but my recent purchases had no issues.

Expect lengthy shipping times

Average quality, nothing remarkable. The fit is decent. However, they start developing little fuzzies after just a few washes. The most frustrating part is the shipping. My last order took three weeks to arrive.

Quality control needs improvement

Quality control needs improvement. I bought some items a year ago that fit perfectly. Recently, I ordered the same size but a different pattern, and there was a two-inch difference in the waistband and leg. The new pair is way too small. I even sized up from their measurements online because I prefer a looser fit. I noticed on a consumer review site that they mentioned switching manufacturing overseas, which I suspect is when quality control declined. I won't be purchasing from them again. If I can't rely on consistent sizing, and I can't return items, what's the point? There are many other negative reviews about sizing on their site, and they also don’t respond to comments on social media.

Incredibly soft underwear with fun prints

These are genuinely the softest underwear I've ever worn. I've always preferred cotton, but once you switch to modal, there's no going back (and I appreciate that it's more eco-friendly than cotton while still being breathable!). I bought various styles in fun prints. I'm glad they suggested sizing up for one of the styles because I preferred the lower rise. The fabric is comfortable enough for lounging but supportive enough for the gym or casual wear. It holds its shape over time much better than cotton. Everything fits true to size except for one style where I ordered a larger size as per their suggestion. I'm excited to see what new prints come out next!

Switching to this service has been transformative

I've been a subscriber for over a year and have no regrets. The comfort is exceptional, and the patterns range from amusing to strikingly vibrant. I've been gradually updating my underwear collection, and it's never looked better. I only needed to reach out for an exchange once, and their customer service was swift and humorous, which was refreshing.

Quarterly subscription is worth it

I'm a big fan of the quarterly subscription. I've been a member for almost a year, and every time I receive my new quarterly package, I'm excited to see the new prints. They are incredibly comfortable, just like they advertise.

My new favorite underwear

Easily my new favorite underwear. The softest I’ve ever worn and fantastic prints. My partner has been using this service for a while and got me a membership to try them. I only wish I had started using them sooner. The designs are amusing, and the comfort level is outstanding. 11/10; I won't wear anything else as long as they keep producing them!

I have a subscription and love it

I have a subscription. The prints are hilarious and beautiful. They are slightly pricey, but I didn't realize what I was missing until I tried them. The comfort is next level. My favorite print is probably the shark one, but the incognito design is my go-to. They are my favorite underwear in my drawer.
