If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order in February of last year that got cancelled due to damage at the warehouse. The team reached out and offered me a choice between a refund or double the amount in credit since there was a sale happening. I chose the credit. Fast forward to a few months ago when I tried to make a purchase, and the credit was nowhere to be found in my account. I responded to the email thread about the credit, expecting a quick reply, but received nothing. I started a new email thread with the support team, and still got no response. After several more emails, I'm now starting the credit card dispute process. Not only is it frustrating to lose your money, but they also ignore your emails. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere!
