It has been 3 months since I joined the Cult Transform program from cult.fit under my coach Khusbu Baid. After all these months and regular weekly calls with my coach, I can say that joining this program was one of my best decisions since I promised myself to lead a healthy lifestyle. My prime motive was never focused on weight loss but on adopting healthy habits and maintaining them for life. My transformation coach clearly understood my intention and guided me with patience and I know that coz I talk a lot on the phone. She guided me very well on Cult Plate and how we need all the nutrients in balanced proportions to maintain the energy levels throughout the day. Earlier, I used to feel very lethargic post lunch, however, after Khusbu explained to me the importance of a well-balanced diet, I can see great improvement in my day-to-day life activities. I can focus better on my work, my stamina has increased a lot in my workouts, and overall I can sleep better and wake up fresh in the morning without any alarm. On the other side, I also saw a great improvement in my body structure, I lost a few inches around my waist, my weight has come down and my clothing size has changed from tight L to comfy M. All thanks to Khusbu who consistently motivated me in my downtimes and she also made sure to accommodate all my needs as I do not get a lot of time to cook.
