Very disappointing experience. Once you pay, the after-sales service is practically non-existent. Customer care is slow, unresponsive, and keeps giving generic replies without actually solving the issue.
Product was faulty from day 1 of purchase and I had to follow up multiple times with no clear resolution, which shows a lack of accountability and respect for customers’ time. It feels like the company is only focused on acquiring customers, not supporting them.

The quality is laughable and what you receive is a disappointing insult compared to what was advertised. Their customer support is utterly incompetent.
