Very disappointing experience. Once you pay, the after-sales service is practically non-existent. Customer care is slow, unresponsive, and keeps giving generic replies without actually solving the issue.

Product was faulty from day 1 of purchase and I had to follow up multiple times with no clear resolution, which shows a lack of accountability and respect for customers’ time. It feels like the company is only focused on acquiring customers, not supporting them.

The entire process has been frustrating and stressful. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before subscribing or making any purchase, as getting support afterward can be extremely difficult.

Overall, a very poor customer experience and not what you expect from a brand of this scale.

I subscribed to a weight loss program that promised support from a nutritionist, mind trainer, and physical trainer. Unfortunately, the physical trainers are unprofessional and dismissive. Additionally, voicing concerns has been incredibly frustrating.

Terrible Experience with the Service

If you enjoy being scammed, receiving poor quality products, and then being ignored, this service is for you! The quality is laughable and what you receive is a disappointing insult compared to what was advertised. Their customer support is utterly incompetent. It's a shameful operation that feels more like a scam than a legitimate brand.

Avoid This Service at All Costs

Do not buy from this service. I ordered a massage chair and paid in full, but there was no delivery despite promises. When I contacted customer support, they could not coordinate with their delivery partners and only escalated the issue without providing real solutions. The service has been horrendous.

I purchased a spin bike expecting a smooth experience, but the after-sale service has been disappointing. While the bike itself is decent, the customer support is nearly non-existent. Responses take ages, and getting assistance or replacement parts has been a frustrating experience.

Unpleasant Customer Experience

Avoid purchasing from this service. The customer support is terrible! I ordered a yoga mat with a bag and a belt, paid online, but only part of my order arrived. When I raised a return request the same day, the agent refused to collect the items, claiming he couldn't process the return. Despite multiple follow-ups, I've received no resolution. After this experience, I will steer clear of this service in the future.

Unacceptable Behavior at the Fitness Center

As a loyal member for over 2 years, I faced unacceptable treatment at the fitness center. I was publicly humiliated by a manager over a parking issue. Instead of courtesy, I was met with aggression. This reflects poorly on the culture of the brand, and despite raising the issue through official channels, I've received no resolution.

Issues with Warranty and Service
