Very disappointing experience. Once you pay, the after-sales service is practically non-existent. Customer care is slow, unresponsive, and keeps giving generic replies without actually solving the issue.
Product was faulty from day 1 of purchase and I had to follow up multiple times with no clear resolution, which shows a lack of accountability and respect for customers’ time. It feels like the company is only focused on acquiring customers, not supporting them.
The entire process has been frustrating and stressful. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before subscribing or making any purchase, as getting support afterward can be extremely difficult.
Overall, a very poor customer experience and not what you expect from a brand of this scale.
