Upon receiving my package, I immediately noticed water stains on the bottom. When I shook it, I heard loud rattling noises, indicating that the contents had shattered. I hesitated to open it, but when I attempted to move it, the untaped bottom gave way, resulting in a cut from the broken glass. This was a painful and frustrating experience! I contacted customer service right away, providing ample proof photos that clearly displayed the water stains, the damaged box, and my injury. My frustration grew when they requested the photos again as if my initial submission had been overlooked! It's unacceptable to be asked for more evidence after providing everything needed. Not only did I waste money on an unusable product, but I also sustained an injury due to poor packaging (the box wasn’t even sealed properly!). The lack of accountability and the inefficient service only worsened the situation. Save yourself the trouble—avoid this place if you expect your items to arrive in good condition and your concerns to be addressed.
