Refunded, But Disappointed
I received a powder from Cult Beauty that appeared to be counterfeit. The packaging and quality were noticeably different from the authentic version I’ve owned before.
Customer service did refund me, which I appreciate. However, it’s concerning that a fake product was sent out in the first place. I’m sharing this so others double check their purchases
My medicube pads I had bought from cult beauty had leaked when they arrived so I emailed the care team. They quickly responded and kindly supported me by giving me a refund so I can buy them in store. The workers named Nombuso, Jade and Shanil were very helpful. I would really recommend buying of Cult Beauty as I have done several times. I bought other skincare with the order which are great. If you do find a problem they will help you out.

I had some customers points , £20, that I used to purchase a fragrance for my son . Another 13, very expensive, for me smell like nothing but my son is autistic and is totally obsessed with this perfume. I used my points and a code , totally £107 , I was so happy! But Cult beauty didn’t accept payment with Klarna , but it was ok with PayPal and Clearpay ! But the payment didn’t went through !!!
I try again few times …always cancelled!!
I used Klarna one time card and the order was cancelled minutes after I already received an email that my order would be delivered !!!
The problem now is that my points are gone !!!
Even though customer service team told me to keep placing the order until it be accepted!!!!
I asked if perhaps they could place it in my behalf, I would pass the card number, no response!!!!
I’m really desperate!!!

Super quick service ordered late on Sunday night and received it midday Monday some other company’s you pay for premium delivery it still takes them a week to process so yes more than happy with cult beauty
Their customer service used to be dire but then it really improved, so much so that I have spent an embarrassing, eye watering amount with them. Not proud, need help :-). Just recently I feel that they have slipped again. I placed an order with them last Wednesday and parcel was due on the Thursday. Received a message from Cult and Evri (I know) telling me that my parcel was being delivered that day and here I wait. Have chased Cult Beauty and Evri only to be told that I have to wait and wait and wait. Evri’s information hasn’t updated and Cult Beauty won’t help. I’ve had a few other deliveries from Evri subsequently which leads me to believe that my parcel is sitting sadly in a corner of a warehouse or van somewhere. I just want a refund and then I can delete the Cult Beauty app. May be full of bright, shiny things but if something goes wrong, you are f*****d.
I'm new to this brand . Loved the box it really is something special. It can be used to store anything. The products were a really lovely. I've started using the face routine, my face is looking so much more healthy
I spent over £120 on an order because the company was promoting an E-gift card of £15 for every £70 spent. However, when I tried to use it on a subsequent order, the voucher negated the regular sale prices, resulting in minimal savings. Customer support has stated that it 'cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer,' which means it functions more like a discount code than a true gift card. This feels misleading. Additionally, they advertised a free scrub with purchases over £40 on certain products, but that offer did not materialize. When I reached out online, I was told someone would investigate, but I only received a generic response that did not address my concerns. I'm very disappointed and feel financially shortchanged.
The level of customer service has been appalling. The delivery service claimed my package was handed to a neighbor, despite me being home, and my neighbors confirmed they received nothing. The company then stated it was delivered to the wrong address and promised a refund, which never happened. They continued to mislead me and suggested I file a police report. The police informed me there was nothing they could do, so I reached out to the support team again, only to hear that the courier team is still investigating. They fail to provide updates and keep postponing any resolution. I'm extremely frustrated; this is completely unacceptable, and I keep receiving the same generic response. It's been nearly a month with no solution.
This is my favorite spot for everything beauty-related. I enjoy finding new brands and products that are being launched. The platform is the ideal place to discover fresh releases and exclusive items. I particularly love browsing the New & Trending section and checking out others' experiences with products on my wishlist. The customer support team is also commendable; I've always found them to be responsive and helpful with previous purchases. That said, I do feel some of the deals and promotions tend to be repetitive without offering significant savings. I've noticed that when discounts are provided, they often just revert to previous prices, if that makes sense. Because of this, I usually just window shop and add items to my wishlist, but I would definitely purchase more if the offers were more enticing.
Upon receiving my package, I immediately noticed water stains on the bottom. When I shook it, I heard loud rattling noises, indicating that the contents had shattered. I hesitated to open it, but when I attempted to move it, the untaped bottom gave way, resulting in a cut from the broken glass. This was a painful and frustrating experience! I contacted customer service right away, providing ample proof photos that clearly displayed the water stains, the damaged box, and my injury. My frustration grew when they requested the photos again as if my initial submission had been overlooked! It's unacceptable to be asked for more evidence after providing everything needed. Not only did I waste money on an unusable product, but I also sustained an injury due to poor packaging (the box wasn’t even sealed properly!). The lack of accountability and the inefficient service only worsened the situation. Save yourself the trouble—avoid this place if you expect your items to arrive in good condition and your concerns to be addressed.
