The level of customer service has been appalling. The delivery service claimed my package was handed to a neighbor, despite me being home, and my neighbors confirmed they received nothing. The company then stated it was delivered to the wrong address and promised a refund, which never happened. They continued to mislead me and suggested I file a police report. The police informed me there was nothing they could do, so I reached out to the support team again, only to hear that the courier team is still investigating. They fail to provide updates and keep postponing any resolution. I'm extremely frustrated; this is completely unacceptable, and I keep receiving the same generic response. It's been nearly a month with no solution.
