Their customer service used to be dire but then it really improved, so much so that I have spent an embarrassing, eye watering amount with them. Not proud, need help :-). Just recently I feel that they have slipped again. I placed an order with them last Wednesday and parcel was due on the Thursday. Received a message from Cult and Evri (I know) telling me that my parcel was being delivered that day and here I wait. Have chased Cult Beauty and Evri only to be told that I have to wait and wait and wait. Evri’s information hasn’t updated and Cult Beauty won’t help. I’ve had a few other deliveries from Evri subsequently which leads me to believe that my parcel is sitting sadly in a corner of a warehouse or van somewhere. I just want a refund and then I can delete the Cult Beauty app. May be full of bright, shiny things but if something goes wrong, you are f*****d.
