I was very let down by my experience. The dress arrived late despite paying for expedited shipping, which left no time for alterations and caused me to miss wearing it to my event. Moreover, the fit did not match the size guide, and the train/scarf was much longer than depicted in the product photos, rendering the dress unwearable. After several emails and an initial denial of return, the brand eventually recognized a manufacturing error and issued a refund, but only after I involved my bank. While I'm grateful the issue was resolved, the process was stressful and lengthy. I suggest they enhance quality control, improve accuracy in product images, and speed up customer service responses.
