I ordered a pen for my daughter for Christmas. On January 6, I let Cult Pens know I never received it and that the last tracking information placed it at LAX. They opened an investigation and told me it would be "some time" before I heard back. Today is February 10th and I've received no word about the delivery or a refund. Do not order from this company unless you are in the UK.
