Prompt service, well packaged & the calligraphy inks I ordered are beautiful & flow well without bleeding or blocking the nib. I adore Tailored Taffeta in particular. It is one of their shimmer inks & does need a bit more than the “gentle shake” suggested to get the full effect but is stunning. Pretty bottles too with a great internal stopper which I’m imagining will stop the ink drying out. Great product, thank you.
I placed an order for £156.60 exactly 35 days ago and I am still waiting for delivery. When I contacted them, they said they were waiting to receive stock. Each time I asked for an update, they told me it would be within that week.
I requested that they send the items currently in stock and dispatch the remaining items in a second parcel later. However, they asked for an additional £3.75 to do this, or said they could cancel my order after I have already waited this long.
This is not the first time this has happened. I initially thought delays can happen occasionally with any company, which is why I placed a second order. However, it now seems that this is their routine practice

I ordered a pen for my daughter for Christmas. On January 6, I let Cult Pens know I never received it and that the last tracking information placed it at LAX. They opened an investigation and told me it would be "some time" before I heard back. Today is February 10th and I've received no word about the delivery or a refund. Do not order from this company unless you are in the UK.
It was a fluke coming across these pens but so glad that I did. My friend is an ardent (though grown up) fan. I thought these would make a great small gift.
At the sale price they were a bargain (just short of £13). Great colours with different Moomin characters. The pens are rollerballs and write beautifully smoothly.
