I placed an order for £156.60 exactly 35 days ago and I am still waiting for delivery. When I contacted them, they said they were waiting to receive stock. Each time I asked for an update, they told me it would be within that week.
I requested that they send the items currently in stock and dispatch the remaining items in a second parcel later. However, they asked for an additional £3.75 to do this, or said they could cancel my order after I have already waited this long.
This is not the first time this has happened. I initially thought delays can happen occasionally with any company, which is why I placed a second order. However, it now seems that this is their routine practice
