I should have researched reviews but purchasing. I spent about $60 on models, all of which had major flaws when loaded into the slicing program - missing layers, open ends, etc. They all printed horrible and unusable. When I contacting customer support, they refused to take any responsibility for the products and told me I'd need to work it out directly with the individual artists. This site does not check, validate or stand behind any of the products on their site.
