I am a seller on Cults3D and unfortunately my experience with the payout system has been extremely frustrating.
For more than one month I have been trying to resolve a problem with my payouts through Hyperwallet. The activation email required to create my payout account never arrives, which means I cannot access the Pay Portal and cannot withdraw my earnings.
During this time I have followed all the instructions provided: checking spam folders, searching for Hyperwallet emails, attempting the password reset option, and contacting support multiple times.
I also contacted Hyperwallet directly, but they informed me that they can only assist after the Pay Portal account is activated. Since the activation email never arrives, I am completely blocked and unable to access my funds.
At this moment my earnings remain locked in the platform and the issue has still not been resolved despite repeated attempts to contact support.
I hope the Cults3D team can finally review my case and provide a concrete solution, as sellers should be able to access their earnings without facing this kind of prolonged technical issue.

I used Cults3d for four years and suddenly lost access to my account. I still had payments I received on that account. I decided to create another one with a different email address, and hours later, I was completely banned from accessing the site. No explanation given. I don't recommend this site to any 3D artist in the world. Stay away!
Got my design copied a few days later after uploading under Personal Use Only/PU and Reported, no response and nothing has happened yet. If you want to spend your time making a a bit of side money this isn't the place. Also many people clearly uploading AI Models without labelling it as so.
For me Cults3D is a trusty web site, friendly and usualy all the designer are well spoken and kind people who attend very well the costumer / Para mi, Cults3D es una web confiable, amistosa y usualmente sus diseñadores son personas confiables y amables que atienen amistosamente a sus clientes.

I’ve even shared feedback on website bugs or features, and was happy to see that it was taken seriously.From a developer’s point of view, I know how hard it is to maintain and improve such a dynamic platform, so I really respect the work the Cults3D team puts in.In short, Cults3D is a trustworthy and creator-friendly site.
