Personally, I've been on Cutls for several years. Of course, there are a lot of accounts and quite a bit of competition, but every now and then, some customers do find me through the platform — so I’m giving a solid 5 stars. I’ve also never had any of the issues others describe; every payout has worked flawlessly for me. Maybe the only point of improvement would be introducing some kind of quality control.
