The positives? well they listen to artists like myself and customers who have a problem. My followers on Cults have took my advice a number of times and sent an email and report a reply in less than 2 working days for any problems I as the seller cannot fix. They listen when members post models without licence or try pirating sales from models not thiers, they listen when models are placed in wrong category e.g. adult themed or horror and send a polite warning to the member/artist . . not like facebook just remove the item . . they talk to the members . . .Yes sometimes recently they experienced a server problem and downloads and navigation were slow . . . but they kept the site running during these times. For artists looking to sell original work the commission is fair and better than any other sales site . .so I have had 8 year with them and could not be happier
