I'm a designer and seller on the platform, it works amazingly. First of all, on other platforms there are a lot of hidden fees, and weird ways to get paid (for example CGTrader works with Hyperwallet which is a Paypal platform and has terrible exchange rates, every time I want to move the money, I lose at least 3% of my earnings + lots of hidden fees and higher commission). On Cults3D they say 20% and it is 20%. The SEO works amazingly, I can find my design on google easily, and on the platform as well. The staff responds quickly, and really listen. They let you sponsor your socials, which is amazing, and even add a donation link if you want. That's freedom at its peak, while other platform threat you with a ban as a big seller if you dare to sponsor your socials. As designers we are oblidged to answer all the customers otherwise the customer will get a refund or they'll block the payment until we do, that's how it should work everywhere, to make the clients feel safe.
