Very nice website for selling and buying 3D models. While they might not be as popular as some other websites, I have never encountered any issues (so far), and I've been on this platform for 3 years already. While I saw some people complaining about the 20% cut they take from any sale, other websites use similar cuts (if you combine all fees) and some even have monthly subscription fees you have to pay as a merchant on top of the selling fees.One of the best features, for me as a designer, is that I can withdraw money in EUR (or other currency) compared to all other websites making me depend on the USD/EUR conversion rate and PayPal currency exchange rates. While here I can simply withdraw in my main currency and not worry about the current rates.Another notable feature is the ability to let customers tip the designer by choosing how much they want to spend on your models. It's just a little thing, but it's extremely pleasant to receive a tip from time to time - things like that do make your day!They also have a very small withdrawal threshold. Most websites will make you wait until you earn $100 or even $150, but with Cults, I can withdraw even just 5 €, and on any day of my choosing (but minimum 15 days in between the withdrawals), so I can select the day that is more comfortable for me and not the one that is dictated by the platform.However, I must also note that they do indeed have the 30 day money pending policy, even for fully approved designers with best quality of models. I personally wish that such policy would only apply until a designer have proven themselves to be trustworthy and providing good quality models and good customer support.Still, even with this factor, Cults3D remains one of my most favourite platforms to sell on.
