Good day ,
I placed an order on their mobile App on the 25th FEB 2026 for a shoes with price 3348RS and the amount was paid in full, after placing the order i checked on their App and the size which was ordered was incorrect and then i requested them to kindly change it from UK 7 TO UK 9 .
The next day they sent me a payment link for 414 RS as their was a price difference between the two sizes , i paid that amount in full also on the 26 FEB 2026. they assured me that the correct size will be delivered and also updated it on the mobile app but the price was not updated. The delivery came on 3rd MARCH 2026 and it was the wrong size .
After repeated complain and emails later they requested for proof of payment of the extra 414 RS and unboxing video , after that a return was initiated by them and it reached their warehouse on the 18th MARCH 2026.At the time of return they assured me that the exchange will be shipped when the wrong shoe reaches them. But since then there have been no reply from them and whenever i ask for an update on delivery they say that they have escalated the issue but it has been more than 2 months now!
neither they are refunding the amount nor they are delivering the product.
The most shocking thing was their customer support saying we cannot provide you any update because we don’t anything about this 🤣🤣
I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!
