Extremely disappointing experience.
I ordered a Seiko watch on 24th January 2026 with a promised delivery date of 14th February 2026. The product was intended as a gift for a special occasion. However, it was never delivered on time.
After multiple follow-ups, I was informed that it would be dispatched on 22nd February, but that commitment was also not honored. Since then, I have only received vague responses such as “within this week” or “highlighted with the team,” without any confirmed dispatch date or tracking details.
To make matters worse, the purchase was made on EMI through Snapmint, and despite non-delivery of the product, I kept receiving EMI reminders and warnings about possible CIBIL score impact. Being asked to pay EMIs for an undelivered product is completely unacceptable.
Due to continuous delays, lack of accountability, and poor communication, I had to request cancellation and refund.
Very unprofessional handling of orders. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, especially on EMI.

I placed an order on 20 Jan 2026 for a FORFKSAKE “Satisfy Soul” Pink T-Shirt, and even after almost a month the order was not processed or shipped.
What’s more disappointing is the lack of communication — multiple follow-ups went unanswered. I eventually had to request cancellation due to the delay.
A brand’s real test is not marketing but fulfillment and support, and unfortunately this experience did not meet basic expectations.
I hope the team improves transparency and turnaround times so other customers don’t face the same situation.
I am one of the oldest customers for them and forget about the delivery time and worst customer care and worst app, they have now started scamming too. I Placed a request and prepaid it and it didn’t get fulfilled so cancelled it, even got a ticket id generated and reordered another item prepaid it again and to my aghast these scammers delivered the latter one on time but hang on i get the previous order which I had cancelled, also delivered without any information or calls or anything. So i paid for a cancelled product and when i wanted to return it they say that we have a policy of 3 hours of placing the order. I have ordered from them which did not get delivered even after a month long wait for an item just last month and they happily cancelled and refunded but not this recent one. So yeah long story short they are becoming scammers dnt fall for the low prices because they ask for more money after u place the order to get it delivered earlier. My first hand experience with them.BEWARE ! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

The website claims a dispatch timeline of 7-10 days, yet my orders have been stuck for nearly 2 months. The customer support via messaging is unhelpful, providing only generic responses. The automated replies keep insisting that the order will be shipped within the next 7-10 days but fail to offer any additional information. When I requested to talk to a real representative, it instructed me to wait, but no one ever appeared. I eventually tried to cancel the order, but it was deemed impossible as the order was suddenly marked as processed and the item was under verification for authenticity. It feels like they focus more on marketing than actual service. The business practices are quite questionable, leading to a very disappointing customer experience.
I ordered shoes for MRP 14500 and received the wrong size. I contacted the support team within 5 hours of delivery, but they ignored my emails and messages on the platform, seemingly trying to let the return window pass. I recommend avoiding this brand.
I placed an order for a product on 29-11-2025 and made a payment of Rs 36798 via credit card. However, I have yet to receive my order, and I haven't received any satisfactory response from the customer support team. This experience has been frustrating and feels like a scam due to the lack of proper communication.
