I would never use this service again, and I want to prevent others from going through the same ordeal. I ordered paints in May 2025, and after eight months, the products have yet to arrive. The order status on their website has remained on "making" this whole time. Customer support is virtually nonexistent. The only way to communicate is through a chatbot, which keeps giving the same automated response, claiming my order is “next in line.” This has gone on for months without any real progress. Today, I had to start a chargeback process through my bank, as there was no other way to resolve the issue. If you are thinking about placing an order: don’t. It will drain your time and energy just to get your money back. I sincerely hope this business is shut down before more customers face the same difficulties.
