It was said to be in stock.
All I am getting are AI responses and its all BS nothing happens no real feedback and always excuses and they do not stick to their own promises of getting back to me.

I did order a larger Order back in 2022 and it was slow to deliver but nothing compared to this

I would give it zero stars but that doesn't seem to be an option. It is unlawful the way that this company continues to be allowed to have an online presence claiming to sell art supplies despite them failing to actually do so. I am still currently waiting for my order, which I placed in August 2025, and a recent online search for other people with similar issues uncovered dozens and dozens of other people in the same situation as myself. Waiting for art supplies that never come and being fobbed off by computer generated emails. This company needs to be investigated and shut down before more people lose their money!

I will never order from this service again, and I want to prevent others from facing the same issue. I placed an order for paints in May 2025, and eight months later, the products still haven’t arrived. The order status on their platform has been stuck on "making" the entire time. There is no effective customer support. Communication is limited to a chatbot, which consistently provides the same automated reply, stating that my order is “next in line.” This has been the case for months without any actual updates. Today, I had to initiate a chargeback process through my bank, as there was no other way to address the issue. If you are thinking about placing an order: don’t. It will cost you a significant amount of time and effort just to try to recover your money. I genuinely hope this business is shut down before more customers experience the same frustration.

It will drain your time and energy just to get your money back. I sincerely hope this business is shut down before more customers face the same difficulties.

Can customer service get any worse?

Can customer service be any worse than this? They are a nightmare to deal with. They sent me something seven months after I ordered it and six months after I canceled it. Despite numerous emails, I received no refund. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.

Order took far too long to arrive.

My order took over four months to arrive. It was just a gift card! I sent multiple messages inquiring about its status, but their so-called "help desk" consistently provided vague responses. We then requested a refund but received nothing. The item was finally sent only after I contacted my credit card company for a chargeback. Now they expect me to pay for return postage to get a refund. This has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had, and their help desk is the least effective I've encountered in my 46 years. No exaggeration.

This service has turned into a scam.

It seems this company has become a scam. I placed an order on August 7th, and nothing has been shipped since then. They are creative with their excuses ("we are a small team, etc."). I attempted to cancel my order but received no response. I advise staying away from this shop as they no longer honor deals, and their customer service is nonexistent.

This service has turned into a scam.

After placing an order on July 8, 2025, I still have not received it, and it has been five months since I paid. I’ve contacted their customer support but only received automated emails that keep repeating the same empty apologies and assurances that it’s being handled. This situation is absolutely unacceptable.

Support gave me the run-around.

I ordered paint in October for a time-sensitive gift, but due to shipping issues, it was delayed. I canceled my order for a refund, which they acknowledged, but the refund never came. After following up three times, I had to initiate a chargeback through my bank. Today, I saw that, against my wishes and their acknowledgment, my order shipped. I no longer need it, and I’ve repeatedly stated I want my money back. Every time, I received responses saying, "I will personally take care of this issue," but nothing has happened. Now, I will be out the money and left with paints I cannot use. Only order here if you don't need your items urgently and if you are sure you won’t require customer support or a refund.
