My order took over four months to arrive. It was just a gift card! I sent multiple messages inquiring about its status, but their so-called "help desk" consistently provided vague responses. We then requested a refund but received nothing. The item was finally sent only after I contacted my credit card company for a chargeback. Now they expect me to pay for return postage to get a refund. This has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had, and their help desk is the least effective I've encountered in my 46 years. No exaggeration.
